Free loot!
Snail Games is really good about giving out items, boosts, and goodies, but you need to make sure that you’re taking advantage of everything that’s available to you. You’ll see next to all of the icons on your home screen that there are numbers attached to them – these tell you that there’s something to be collected. Don’t ignore them! You can get free stuff for participating in events, if the servers go down, and just for logging in every day.
That doesn’t count the goodies you get for completing quests or participating in dailies, which you should absolutely be trying to collect as well. If you’re trying to maximize your wealth and level, make sure you’re doing treasure hunts, going on team missions, and competing in the arena, as much as your stamina will allow. There’s a lot to do, and it adds up!
Be careful out there!
Taichi Panda: Heroes is an MMO, which means that if you’re careless, you can end up wandering into a PvP zone or picking a fight with a mob that’s way above your level. That can be very bad for you, so make sure that you’re paying attention to where you’re going and that you’re not pushing your characters too hard. Watch the levels of the mobs around you and be on the lookout for griefers and other hazards of open world play. Don’t be afraid to stick to missions and instanced content until you’re stronger – there’s no shame in playing it safe until you can hack it with the hardcore players.
Upgrade!
It’s easy to fall behind if you’re not careful about upgrading your heroes and using your level-ups wisely, so make sure you’re frequently checking your inventory and character screens. Make sure that you don’t have any upgrades that you’re not using, and prioritize spending gold on skill boosts and other power-boosting upgrades. It can get kind of expensive to maintain a whole stable of heroes, so unless you’re rolling in cash, stick to keeping your core team updated. You’ll get enough gold for the others eventually.Runes and synergies are trickier, but keep checking to see if there’s any way that you can make your characters more powerful. Part of the fun of Taichi Panda: Heroes is tweaking your team to get the most out of their skills, so don’t be afraid to experiment!Did we forget anything? Have thoughts of your own?
